so hard to eat after workout

okay, so after I work out, it is very hard for me to eat again... I never eat when I am off or on the weekends because I am always so busy... what can I eat to at least hit my net calories... All I had today was tacos... so I have almost 1241 calories left...ughhh

    Try protein powder to make a shake, protein bars, can of tuna, lean lunch meat, boiled eggs, fruit carrot/celery sticks etc.all are easy to prep/eat. You need cals to burn cals or metabolism will slow. Cals are needed to build muscle. View some of the diaries and see if it helps.

    It usually takes me an hour or 2 after a workout for me to be hungry again. I usually eat most of my calories at night though. If you need to eat more on the go, try having easy snacks around, like a protein or fiber bar in your purse, or a bag of mixed nuts in your car or desk.
