Any recipes for frozen tilapia or swai fish? I know how to bake them but I need a different taste...

    I take the frozen fish and place it in heavy duty aluminum foil and season with a squirt of lemon, some salt and pepper. Then I slice onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. I close up the aluminum foil like a pouch and place it on the outdoor grill and grill for 15 minutes. Then when you open up the pouch it is delicious!
