SATURDAY MENU

What is on everyones menu for today? I started off with 1 cup grits, 2 biscuits, eggs, sausages and a bowl of peaches... Later I will end it off with some tuna fish... Sad but I dont eat much on the weekends... I just like to rest but I balance more during the week? What is on your menu today?

    Hard boiled eggs and toast for breakfast, chicken salad on French bread with carrot sticks for lunch, steak and grilled veggies for dinner ;)

    I had my big saturday breakfast...2 slices bacon, 2 fried eggs, toast with jam, a banana, and 8 oz of 1% milk and a cup of coffee.

    Not sure about lunch yet, but it will be light...having guests tonight and I'm making cabernet braised short ribs with horseradish mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli. I will also be partaking in my fair share of adult beverages.
