I was wondering how does everyone divide their calories during their meals...

ie... my breakfast is @ 8:30 and I try to do 400 calories... anyone else plit their meals?

It just depends on what I want to eat that day. My breakfast is usually around 300 cals. Typically my dinner is the biggest between 400 to 500 calories, I know that's backwards but it helps me stay focused. I also don't eat about 3 hours before bed time. My snacks range between 100 to 200 calories.. My lunch is between 300 to 400 calories. My days are anywhere between 1200 and 1500 calories. I don't really think about splitting my calories, it just comes naturally now.. but I've been doing this for about 4 months so it's a set, natural pattern for me :-)

Usually roughly 1200 for lunch, 500 for dinner, 1200 for a bedtime snack.

I used to divide - 200-300 for breakfast, 400-500 for lunch, 600-800 for dinner, and snacks were 100-200.

I was just recently considering what would happen if I just divided my caloric intake equally. Either by three meals (no snacks) or five meals. I might try that out.
