My first experience with the shakes and it was okay... Does anyone else drink them and do they help between meals?

    For 190 calories with questionable ingredients, I could find about 1,000 other snacks that would keep me more full/satisfied and be about a million times healthier.

    A serving of almonds
    Greek yogurt
    Celery and peanut butter
    Banana and PB
    Apple and PB (do you sense a theme with me? I love PB)
    Any piece of fruit
    Carrots and hummus
    Multiple cups of pop corn
    2 hard boiled eggs
