I would like the apps I use to give more accurate readings. My Endomondo is linked to MFP so it registers my calories burned directly to MFP. I need to keep checking it isn't making ridiculous errors!

I'm a sculptor/potter. Not sure you can call it a hobby as its my work too - I work in a college as a Ceramics Technician. I also walk, cycle, dance and I'm taking up yoga.

Lidl Eridanous Greek style yoghurt is wonderful! Mild, thick and creamy. It is also great value at approx 1.55 for a litre tub.

Hi, I'm from Bognor Regis. I think this site is amazing for motivation. You need to log your food every day - easy - and you will be motivated to keep those calories under control and exercise so you lose weight quicker (or eat more, depending on your point of view).

continued - I managed to post before I had finished! Test with a skewer and if it is not cooked through allow 5 - 10 more minutes. 4 Turn out and cook on a wire rack. Eat in thick slices with soya spread. MAKES 7 SLICES
