Also I see that there was a mention about the battery. I am sure you know this but the TomTom is rechargable so no supplying batteries at all (like you have to do for chest straps) and I did extensive research into the HRM Watches and found that they are just as accurate.

I have the TomTom Cardio Runner and I love it. Yes you can post inside workouts. It would have to be under your treadmill option! But that option goes solely off of your heart rate and weight so it will count how many calories you burned that way. I personally find that it is far more comfortable than with the chest strap.…

I know what you mean. I have a 6' husband at home that eats like a hog and manages to lose weight. He gets mad at me when I log ever morsel that touches my lips. In truth I dont care cause I am becoming a better me. Good job at saying no to the KFC I dont know if I would have been able to Way to go Keep up the good work

I am here and would love to motivate you in anyway I can if you promise to do the same for me. I lost 50lbs with myfitnesspal the first time around however I then got pregnant and I gained a little of the weight back. Now just struggling to get back on the losing train. Okay so I stopped doing 30DS..... So I could do insanity!!! So I will still be updating results every 15 days but it will be for Insanity and not 30DS. Only a few more days till my first update. :)

Just want to make sure are you eating your exercise calories back, up to your net goal, and are you making sure to not net under 1200 calories. I dont know why but for two weeks or so I was eating at like 800 cal a day and I only lost a pound and then upped my calories to 1200 a day and I lost 4 lbs in a week so I would…

All I can say, and this is from personal experience, make sure you are eating your exercise calories back. Say your goal is 1200 and you burn 400 in exercise, make sure your net calories isnt 800 calories but rather make sure you eat enough (in this example 1600 calories) to reach your net goal

I eat low fat greek yogurt and drink skim milk. These two things are high in protein and dont have many calories so you are filling yourself and making you feel full longer. Its the most important thing I eat!

If you net 1200 calories a day you are still considered to be in a "healty" calorie intake which with you allowance is right around where you are netting. I have a Polar FT4 and I love it so much! I use it for when I am doing aerobics at home or at the gym. If you are using it at the gym the belt will work with the treadmill or elliptical so you dont have to wear the watch. But personally I love the watch and wear it all the time. It is a nice reminder of how well I did

Definitely go with the HRM I have the same one and I find it far more accurate! Plus better to log you burned less then to log you burned more and take in more calories you know.

I agree with this. I know that some pictures I look amazing in and the same night I can look horrible in a different picture and it is all about the way I am holding myself and the way the picture was taking.
