I eat mostly plants, diary and some days meat. I don't eat meat every day, sometimes not every week. I really try very hard to stay away from junk food and processed stuff. Add me if you want

My height and weight are very similar. Anyways, I eat a lot of sugar/carbs but the majority is from fruit. Eating whole foods helps me feel the fullest and i think that helps me to stay away from other things, like donuts. You can check out my food diary.

19.... I started birth control and gained 10 pounds. At 25 I was off birth control and lost 10 pounds in 3 months. I started different birth control then gained a massive 20 pounds.

Glasses are cute but hate them when exercising, swimming or moving around a lot. They seem to move around too much even though they are properly fitted

I do find it interesting that a lot of people think the minimum amount of calories should be the same for someone that is 5' or 6' tall.

If I eat 800 calories and feel full, it probably was after a 2000 calorie day eating half a watermelon, 2 salads, a huge stir fry and other misc. items that are low calorie but huge volume

More vegetables, less fruit. I go over with fruit all the time. I keep telling myself, I should eat half vegetables first and then eat an equal amount of fruit after. I don't do this really well though

You can do things at home to build muscle. Think push-ups, Burpees, lunges, squats, sit-ups... You can add weight by grabbing some fat text books or anything around the house

Weight. I weigh a lot of the same food at once though. So my package of blueberries is divided into 200 calorie portions. That way later I don't have to bring out the scale. I waste a lot of baggies or end up washing a lot of plastic wear

Frozen raspberries (or blackberries) fork mashed with sugar and half and half is Devine but high in calories. My fat bowl doesn't help :)

Ice cream is my absolute favorite. I freeze fruit and then blend it with low calorie almond milk. That is a great fix. Coffee with 1 tablespoon creamer normally kills chocolate cravings. There is a spicy cayenne dark chocolate. One square and I have had enough
