I found that once I started running my anxiety and stress started to lessen making me feel like a much normal person. Something about setting a good pace and the rhythm of it is calming.

Almond butter and green smoothies. At first the thought of a smoothie with spinach in it made me gag but after trying Naked Green Machine, I'm hooked.

Another really good 2 ingrediant cake is a can of crushed pineapple mixed into yellow cake mix and topped with light coolwhip!

I used to get them for the same reason of being cheap but I'll agree, they are kind of gross. I find it well worth it to shell out the extra money for Smart Chicken brand or visit a local butcher.

I'll agree with the snack cakes or any store bought cakes. I also dislike soda and overly sugered candies like skittles.

My pre gym snacky... A white chocolate macadamia nut Clif bar. Tastes almost like the cookie, yum!

To lose the last 10 pounds of baby weight and get back in shape by the end of the year so that I can do the pregnancy thing all over again, lol.
