  • PUT IT AWAY !!! i stop going on the scale back in may been doing alot of strength training weights & cardio i pop on the scale last week because i noticed my jeans were baggy & i was feeling really good ...until i saw the number ... not happy & i really wish i never got on it because it really bugs me now & i feel like WTF…

  • i join with a couple of friends i was unsure about it just because of the price i try to talk my fiance out of it but he wanted to try it i lost 15lbs im on my 4th month but you do notice the body change before the numbers on the scale start going down
