I weigh in weekly. I have a history with ED so I know if I weigh myself daily I will become obsessed with the number and which direction its moving. So by weighing myself weekly I can prevent myself from sliding back in my ED past.

I believe sometimes MFP rounds up on numbers. For example if there is 0.5g of fat it will round it up to 1 on the app.

Pizza, ice cream, chips and salsa. I try not to keep them in the house so I can avoid the temptation.

So I could stop shopping at stores that sell old lady clothes and start shopping at stores that sell trendy age appropriate clothing, so I could tie my shoes without being uncomfortable, so I can one day have a baby.

I like to log all of my food intake the day before. That way I can see if I have any wiggle room or if I need to add more food. I don't add my exercise in until after I do it because I never know just how much I'll get done in one day. By logging my food in the day before though, it helps keep me on track since I already…
