  • I have done it before and I love it. Turbofire mixed in with P90X help me lose 49lbs last year. Sadly I gained 30lbs back. So I have started turbofire again. When it comes to the moves just take your time. I would get frustrated at first, turn it off and then come back to it later. Just due what you can.

  • There is no need to be depressed what so ever. You have lost 22lbs!!! That is really good. 22lbs shows that you are dedicated to this weight loss journey. You will be back in the 60's and moving onto the 50's before you know it. Just stay focus and don't let this deter you from your weight loss. Smile :happy:
