Yeah the pizza you get in Chicago is a lot more fattening than most places and that is one of my worst haha. I could eat deep dish pizza with all of that cheese and butter crust haha. So awful!

Hmmm... guilty pleasures... Where do I begin? Bachelor/Bachelorette/Bachelor Pad, Teen Mom/16 and pregnant, mac n cheese, fettucine alfredo, flirting, etc. I don't consider sex a guilty pleasure because why be guilty about it haha. It's fun and you should enjoy it and be proud :)

How much are you eating under your calories when you don't eat all of them? You don't really want to drop more than 1-2 lbs per week so 1lb a week is good though I know it can be frustrating. I have modifying too but I have tendonitis in my ankle and it can be rough with all of the jumping and stuff. I take it as far as I can. I'm also 300+ so I understand. Keep with it. How about a hot dog or a burger. That might help you stay fuller instead of nachos which I would imagine is probably around the same calories. Add in some protein. I have toast with peanut butter and fruit. Maybe an egg in there as well. That protein combined with the fiber will help you stay fuller longer. Also, bringing fruit and drinking water throughout the day will help as well. I find that continually drinking water helps me stay fuller as well. Good luck!!!

Cherry vodka or rum is really good with diet too. I'll do cruzan cherry and diet or effen black cherry and diet. Though any flavor or vodka or rum would work.

I drink malibu and diet and it's 51 calories per 1 oz of rum. It has a good flavor and can't really tell it's that low in calories. Good luck :)

I also had a pulmonary embolism while on the nuvaring. I was in the hospital for 5 days and on blood thinners for 3 months thankfully instead of for the rest of my life. The risk of getting blood clots from hormones increases with obesity. This happened to me in January.
