If I'm really hungry at 11, I'll go ahead and begin eating my lunch. And try to eat it slowly to make it last closer to whatever normal lunch time is. Alternatively, I'll try to have an apple or some other acceptable snack that will help bridge the gap until lunchtime.

Great job! I see waist definition coming along!

I love that your whole family has been doing this together! You have a houseful of MFPs to help one another and it looks like you have - well done! :)

Anger and bitterness will only hurt you. And self-pity leads to nowhere. Let him go, and while you may regret your past with him, be glad you are now free to focus on the future before you. :) Agree with prior posters on the glitter bomb though. A final, parting glittery shot!

30 pounds is a lot and the change is very noticeable! Keep up the great work mommy! You can do this :)

Glad you are enjoying the C25K program. I used one with the RunDouble app if you ever want to try a different program. As to hands-free running, I love my RunningBuddy - a kind of pouch you wear tucked into the waistband of your shorts or pants. It doesn't bounce or flop around. It is held together magnetically and it…

Keep on keeping on, you are doing great! :)

Great job, you look awesome! Happy that you are both looking and FEELING better!

Just what I needed to read as I was contemplating skipping my workout at lunchtime today. Thanks for motivating me. :) And congratulations on your achievements. You earned them and look great!

This. Sometimes I think we imagine this is the last donut, cookie, whatever we will ever have the chance to enjoy - when it is not, at least not here in the U.S. :)

how much/how long will I have to exercise to burn that off (if I haven't allotted the calories)

awesome job and you look amazing!

At some point you will dislike the way your body feels or the condition of your health way more than you like your current lifestyle or little indulgences. As people have said, you do not have to give it all up, you will just need to balance things within your daily macro goals. Over time, little changes will become…

BUMP - I too am a new runner that would like to keep running when it gets colder. Appreciate all the responses.

Came across this, which cracks me up but I also, sadly agree with. This is the generation of the selfie, that's for sure. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vd7U3OYziHY

I love this - great message, and every word of it true! Three cheers for you and I'm going to save this for later to share with others on a similar journey. Thank you thank you thank you!

So great of that woman to take the time to pay you a compliment in person. And you know what, she is the one who spoke to you but I have to believe that there are many others who have seen you and had many positive thoughts toward you as well. I'm sure you have been an encouragement to many in your own fitness quest! Yay…

I understand being self conscious, but I truly believe there are more people out there, who if they think of you at all, will think positive thoughts. For myself, whenever I see a runner of any condition I find myself thinking good for you, and I ought to be doing the same - think I'll get my butt out there later. :) And…

definitely want to try this - bump and thanks!

My office will not allow space heaters :( so I have a polar fleece lap robe and a shaw on my chair. I don't care what people think when they see me bundled up . It's cold. Summer AND winter it's just plain cold. :)

Fabulous! And only since July - well done!!

Congratulations! You're doing an awesome job! So excited to see with you the very real changes in your body - keep it up! I know you'll meet your birthday goal. :)

My vote is for peanut butter sandwiches if you can stand the PB and you probably don't need to worry about the calories in a good bread. That's all I could stomach when I had bad morning sickness. Good luck!

Thank you - bumping for later.

Shoot. I thought someone was having a baby

I don't know if this is helpful, but my suggestion would be to plan for your meals, logging them ahead. Look forward to each and every one and revel in them when you finally do eat. But try to forget about them when it is not time to eat. Knowing that there is a time for 3 yummy meals and perhaps some planned snacks in…
