I drive a van, it's easier to back into a spot than back out of one into oncoming traffic. Plus the front of my vehicle is smaller than the back giving people who park next to me a better chance of seeing what's coming in either direction if they are backing out.

I measured it so I could log it accurately. I have about a third of a cup of milk in my coffee and a splash, around 20ml in my tea. Butter is about 5gm per piece of bread although I am starting the process of cutting out all butter/marg.

I have very little cartilage in my right knee and left knee is diminished as well. I stick to no impact stuff, upright bike, x-trainer, pool. I do weights but strap my knees to provide the extra support. And due to back issues mainly do things like weighted squats, step ups, leg presses etc for legs.
