Since you don't have a lot of weight to lose try setting your goal to lose 1 lb a week. Also, watch your sodium.

Yes, clothes and water weight can make that much of a difference. Weigh your self first thing in the morning, after you pee but before you eat or drink anything.

Mexican food is my favorite so I do not hold back when I get to eat it, which is not very often. My husband will only eat at the Mexican restaurant in his home town, which is an hour away. I have gone from ordering 2 quesadillas to just 1 though! I eat all the salsa, chips and cheese dip I want though.

Don't go all out and buy a full wardrobe until you reach your goal. Just get a few pieces to get you through. Right now I have one pair of jeans and 2 pairs of work pants and a dress. I have a weeks worth of shirts and tank tops to wear under cardigans to rotate.

It is ok to be over on protein and fiber, so don't worry about those 2.

I am a full time working mom. I have found that it is easier to get up early in the morning and get my workout in and then make a myself breakfast, my son eats at his daycare and my husband isn't up yet. Very interested in what people have to say about this. I have not been hungry all week and have had to force myself to eat something. Luckily I go to the Dr. next week for a physical, so I am going to talk to her about it.

With such little weight you have to lose you should not try to lose 2 lbs a week. I think 1/2 lbs a week is more resonalbe.

My first thought is use powder. My second is make sure that you wash really well afterwards and then dry really well. Also, maybe go to the doctor if it keeps on after a couple weeks. Congrats on your success thus far!
