Thank you to all who have offered advice and encouragement. I'll ask my doctor about B12 shots, too. There are some days I feel so tired that each arm feels like it weighs 50 lbs. There are many benefits to being a healthy weight and I hope that less pain will be one of them.

How do you stay motivated? I go as long as one day of conviction, then lose it. I have 85 lbs to lose to reach a modest, healthy weight of 150. So many distractions and temptations out there! I am 58 and feel pretty hopeless.
