Great work! This is particularly encouraging to me because your start and goal weights are approximately the same as mine. I'm only 12 pounds in right now, but it's super-encouraging to get an idea of the difference losing 70 pounds is going to make in my body!

The most encouraging thing is that the more weight you loose, the bigger difference each 10lbs make. You really couldn't tell I was loosing weight from 140 to 130... but in 180 to 170 it looked like I had lost alot more than I had.

So, how did you do it?

Basically clean eating. I have some dietary restrictions because of food intolerances so I don't eat dairy or wheat. I make 80% of the food I eat and the rest are some things I can't live without... like Nalley's Vegitarian Chilli. I don't really count my calories as the majority of my calories and nutrients come's from plants, however, I do count them every once in a while to see if I am on track.
