I bought them for an option when I truly didn't have time to eat before leaving the house- I found that I was instead using them as a first resort rather than last, so I stopped eating them. Plus, they had a bit more sugar than I liked.

Thank you. I feel much more confident now, or maybe I'm clearer about my reasons for doing this.

Thank you. It's the first time I've put this much thought into it.

My whole family had the flu a few years back, and my oldest was hospitalised with pneumonia. Every year I don't have one, i end up with the flu. I decided to get it this year, because I simply do not have time for that kind of hassle. I have four school-aged children, so without it I'm a sitting duck.

I'm 41, and have four children aged 9, 7,5, and 4. So, basically, I've been in need of motivation since 2006. That, and a really good nap. Or coffee. But seriously, I joined a gym this year. Not to lose weight, but to get some time alone. I went today, and didn't have to speak to a single person. Bliss.

Hi Momof4 and Amanda - I've got four (9,7,5, and 4). After a decade of putting my own health and well-being last, I am finally making my health a priority. I joined a gym last month, and I'm loving it. Now that the children are back at school and preschool, I can focus on doing better nutrition as well. Feel free to add me…

That is a brilliant suggestion. I am also a mother to four children, with a moderate prolapse. I'm quite happy to be a walker, though. I enjoy it immensely.

For me, it's more like the same "no more" moment, over and over again. The most recent has been in conjunction with moving house, and wanting to feel better as we all transition to life in a new place. I don't want old, unhealthy habits to follow me to the new town. So I begin again.

I don't remember exactly when mine came back, but every month I wish I were in labour.

Thank you for your encouragement; we can do this!!

Me too. Just started today. :)

I'm feeling more like myself now, except a bit more energetic. :) One week to the day since I started, and the fog has lifted. Thanks for the advice!

I get that message from the app telling me my calories are too low, and I get frustrated. I feel like I'm not hungry, and I'm eating just for the sake of meeting the calorie goal, but then again I'm still recovering from the flu and my appetite isn't quite normal. That's why I'm back on the multi, until things are a bit…

Thanks for the reply. Detox may not be quite the right word. It's just that the first few days of eating healthy, I feel horrible, and then, one day, I don't. I'm not really wanting to eliminate anything altogether, as I don't feel it would be sustainable for me, and I've got to make this a lifelong change. I want to learn…
