I like beer and can't have it too often or too many when I'm watching calories...so when I indulge I get Natural light and feel pampered to sit and enjoy it.

Please feel free to add me. I have been doing this for 56 days and I have more energy than ever and I have lost a minimum of 2 lbs per week! I love how I feel and waking up in the morning. All those extra calories and fat was terrible! Don't let anyone tell you different!!!

I go to Planet fitness where I live. I have never seen any type of discrimination of any type. They are always polite, helpful, helpful and supportive. I suppose we can always look for and find bad wherever we go!

I agree totally. My fitbit was one of the best investments I ever made. It makes it easy to set and reach goals. I work for the badges and feel so proud of myself. In 25 days of using it I have lost 12.5 lbs...I can feel the missing inches. It is a wonderful tool!

I do it, and it really helps me stay in control. At the end of the day I may add or subtract a few small things. I think it is good to plan and be organized.

I would highly recommend it. I've lost twice the weight since I've been using one. I always want to do that extra amount to reach my goals everyday. I do at least 10.000 steps everyday, but most days I go for the 30,000. In 20 days I lost 9.8 lbs by adding the extra effort . It is a very motivating tool!

There is low carb and there is low carb. A healthy low carb diet is restricting the white and processed carbs. Sugar, white bread, starchy vegetables put on weight. Watch calories, sugary and starchy carbs...eat plenty of healthy vegetables and protein. Exercise is important too. Build lean muscle and burn fat.

I belong to Planet Fitness, and just met with the trainer to design a personal workout schedule, and a dead lift was one of the exercises recommended for me. We don't have that sign. I love my Planet Fitness. Everyone is so helpful at the Pensacola, FL gym.

I still drink beer. Light beer and a couple of glasses of chardonnay on the weekends. I gave up the fried foods, mashed potatoes or rice and gravy, most sweets, and processed foods and I work out a lot. If I want to have a beer, dang it, I am going to have a beer. I am 3/4 German!
