I'm in. I need this. I'm 162.8 lbs today. On the bright side that's 2 lbs lighter than yesterday, but it's 14 lbs heavier than when I joined fitness pal. I've moved to a new city & I'm trying to get into a routine from home instead of gym.

Last week I ate between 1300 to 1600 calories. I mainly stayed in the 1400 range. I'm motivated to see what happens this week. I'm 5'2.5". I'm 54+ and my goal weight is 135. When I was younger, the goal was 118. As I got older, that looked skeletal. I'm currently 149 lbs.

I've been trying new exercise groups at the gym, but I'm also maintaining the "ideal Body weight" exercises and a semblance of the 30 day shred. If my friends show up this week, I'll do the classes with them; but if not, I won't be doing exercise group classes.

My understanding is that certain fruits & vegetables burn more calories in digesting them than the actual food contains. That's why you don't worry about counting them.
