Ok, I feel the need to tell everyone who answered to this post that I'm somewhat embarrassed. Apparently, I didn't know what it was to get "hit on" at the gym. I just told my husband and he answered w/ the same response. "I need to go with you so those douche bags stop hitting on you" ... I never really considered that.

No, it's not that, they just want me to do what they do. I know I have the right form because I had a personal trainer for a while and did my homework on that since I have back and knee problems since b4.

Bump. I did 30 day shred, still do it but I do 2 videos together and use 5 pound weights instead of 3.

I think my over eating was caused by depression from being overweight (ironic lol). I think once some ppl loose the weight, they are able to respect their body more. I hope I get there soon

I've been doing level one and two in one day, then on the next day I only do level one. Been doing it for a week(7 days) now and I get 2 rest days lol. Is anyone doing the diet as well?

Actually you might want to research that. I was told the same but read on way too many websites that if you do exercise on an empty stomach your body feeds off of the protein of your muscles instead of the fat storage. So this isn't true at all. Also you might burn a lot of fat during the workout(not from where you want*)…

I'm 27 and I just recently found out I have developed osteoarthritis on my left knee due to knock knees, which I wasn't aware of either...I always thought my legs were weird ..but no one ever pointed it out. I'm still debating with my self over this..I almost gave up loosing weight.

One time at the gym this guy was doing crunches right next to me and let out two loud farts....what would you have done?? I had to bite my tongue because I wanted to ROFL.
