I am on day 5 started on 6/4 and my calfs are killing me. And I am mad at my calfs because if they would stop cramping and hurting so bad during my work outs I could do so much more! Any tips?

Ok thanks. My problem I am having is I am not hungry. I ate a bag of 100calorie popcorn while I was waiting for responses so I now have 172 remaining and I am not hungry!!

I will def do it with you. Are you just going to do that? Or are you also going to be doing some cardio? I have been going to the gym all week and I am loving how I feel afterwards, So I dont want to stop doing that. Oh how do enter 30 day shred info?

Hey this confuses me also and I am trying to lose some weight lol...so right now it says I need to eat 1310 calories a day. So what number do I want my net to say? So for example today so far it says goal:1310 + Food: 1333 - Exercise 305 = Net 1028 and I have a green 282 for calories remaining.
