I'm not gonna lie - I bribe myself to eat right. We have a carefully planned rewards programme, and I get to buy cool stuff on the weekend (non-edible OR very healthy - but something that I can't usually afford) but ONLY if I was good all week. Totally works! 'Cos I agree, its bloody hard and often just plain unpleasant!

I find it easier if I'm SO well planned that I never even look at the menu. There is just so much tempting stuff there that its easy to make the 'wrong" decision in the moment. :drinker:

Go see a good doctor, one that you can trust (get references from friends if need be). He or she can probably help you more effectively than all of us. And NOT all doctors just jump straight for the happy pills. They should give you a healthy, all round solution. :smile:
