Hello.. My goal weight is 160 down from 227. I chose this goal based on how I felt and looked before my first born. I will see how I feed when goal reached. Today, I'm just trying to get into onederland before the new year comes in. :smiley:

Im just tired of being tired and fatigued all the time. It is hard to climb a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing at the end. I'm just ready to feel better and lighter.

I do the Zumba Wii 2 every night and I enjoy it. I usually do the mid-lenghth class, which last about forty minutes. I am trying to move up to the full-length class. ZUMBA :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
