LIFT! Weight training is the best - research how you can use it to your advantage e.g. lift heavy small reps for muscle growth. Lift light higher reps for shredding. You don't need typical cardio at all - bodyweight exercises can get your heart rate up just as effectively.

I tried the foam roller today and I felt a nice difference :) My hip problem was mainly cause by running, weak muscles and poor running form.

Not true....4 months is enough time. Take your measurements and see if your waist has gotten smaller. Your thighs and arms may have increased in size (if you have been gaining muscle but not really shredding the fat)

A similar thing is happening to me. I haven't lost much weight but have toned up and have a huge online fitness community.
