I finished day four today! Woke up cranky, I mean nasty! I have not be doing it long enough, but bloating is suppose to go away. Are you drinking enough water and how about salt?
-
Good job ladies!! I did not exercise today, just cranky!! Tomorrow is a new day

Since all I do it sweat, and we've decided that its our fat crying...or fat leaving the body...today's workout took on a new level. I wasn't frustrated the entire time, I had fun and sweat like a beast!! Day 16 done!
-
That's wonderful! You did it! What's next?
-
I'm here! All I do is sweat and feel like I'm going to die!!! Not getting any easier. I have to share this, one of my Mfp friends said, sweating is good, it means your fat is crying! I love this. My fat is crying...so am I! Damn you Jillian!!!

Seriously, I do not know how evening work outs get done. I'm definitely a mid morning girl. However I had no choice and I just " phoned" that workout in!! It was tough and my heart was not in it at all. Tomorrow will be better. Good job ladies

It's getting better, still sweating like crazy, but less grunting and screaming. I'm pushing myself so hard, forcing my body to change. I like this, I like feeling strong, like I can push hard and I'm completing this challenge. Almost half way there!!
-
That's wonderful news!!! You totally made me laugh, because this week I started 30DS level 2 and there was this noise...what is that sound? I couldn't figure it out. Then I realized, it was the flap!! Congrats! You are an inspiration!

My usual routine was disrupted with me attending morning assembly at my older two's school. They are the students of the month! However, since I showered and was wearing non workout clothes...coming back and getting started was hard. With that said, I changed and put my head down and got to work. I sweat like a crazy…

Check out whole30, I'm planning on starting Sunday the 14th. It's based on the book "It starts with food". The same idea as Paleo. It's not about weight loss, but changing your relationship with food. Everyone. Claims it changed their life. I'm hoping for the same results. Consider joining me. Add me as a friend if you like

Humble pie!!! I was feeling so strong until I started level two. Are you kidding me? Crunches with weights? And the planks!! I'm soaked in sweat! Wore my hrm, and I burned 290 calories. I was grunting, and at some point during the torture I screamed...angry frustrated scream! It was hard. I feel challenged! I hope in nine…

Take care and best of luck with your shoulder pain

"Chop chop, ladies"

Wow! You are awesome! I'm going to look into the whole30. Despite all my Mfp friends, I'm the only one at my home that is eating differently. My family eats healthy, organic or natural, but they did have dessert every night. So a plan for me would be awesome. You are an inspiration!

Day nine was hard for me too. I'm exhausted, but so glad that I have you all to keep me going. One more day and then level two. Keep it up, I need you!

I'm done with day 8. All four are home, school holiday, and my stress level is higher than usual...so it took me longer to take care of myself. But I did it and I'm loving it. Pushing hard and getting ready for level two. Great job ladies, I'm so excited am Nd looking forward to my 30DS results.

Working out seven days in a row has been difficult, especially today. But once my workout were on, the rest seemed pretty good. It's amazing how far I've come in only seven days. Good job everyone for working so hard and completing your work outs.

Day six done! Still away for the weekend, and was successful. I'm so proud of myself. I use 3lbs and 5lbs weights. The cardio is much easier and today. Wtg everyone!! Keep going, looking forward to level 2

Five done! We are away for the weekend, I packed my DVD, exercise clothes and weights! I've never done that before. I'm so proud of myself. In the past the kids have been my focus, everyone having a good time. But I knew if I didn't bring my stuff I would be mad at myself. Nothing is stopping me! Now off to have adventures…

Day FOUR!!! I'm on fire! I kick my $ss, literally!! Today! Chop chop!! Push ups are still killing me, but I loved it today. Yes, perhaps it's the cold medicine talking, but I'm noticing a difference.
-
Yes! Get a b.o.b ironman. Mine lasted through four children ( I had a double ) and I just passed it along to my cousin. They are expensive but if a few people go in on the gift, it won't be so bad.
-
Anyone? I've lost only 20 lbs and have 60 more to go. However with my little loss, the belly flap looks horrible! I can't wear any dresses or skirts. I have to wear longer shirts to cover it up. I've tried spanx, and it makes me feel a little better. I would love to hear what woman do to solve this issue.

Day 3! I'm so sore, moving so slowly. I need a handle attached to the wall to help me get on and off the pot (toilet)!!! I muted the tv and listened to music today, it did go bye much faster. My four year old twins are sick, so I also had an audience which is always fun! Peace Jaclyn

Hey "buddies"... " that's fear leaving your body" ... Day 2 level 1... Sore . I also do extra in the pool and on the treadmill, training for a 5 k in November. So glad we are doing this together! J
-
I have been looking forward to starting...what was I thinking? Maybe that I was in better shape? I love feeling sore, it means I'm doing something.

Lovely! You gave me a healthy perspective of inspiration! Keep up all the hard work. Jaclyn
