The amount I eat

I am discovering that I feel much better when I eat less. I end up being within my calories most days and I feel good. I know we are not supposed to track, but I am. I have been experimenting with eating more, and right now I feel bloated. I have eaten back all of my exercise calories and then some. (not even that much over)

:( I am feeling like I am doing it wrong. I ate well today (look at my diary) but I feel so icky right now. (not as icky as I used to feel, but bloated all the same)

I don't like it.

    I looked over my diary and see that I was low on veggies today, but even on days when I eat a lot of vega, I feel better eating light.

    I finished day four today! Woke up cranky, I mean nasty! I have not be doing it long enough, but bloating is suppose to go away. Are you drinking enough water and how about salt?

    Thank you :) I don't think it is normal bloating, I went through that when I started. I am on day 18 now and most days I feel great! I just had dinner leftovers for breakfast and I will see how I feel today.
