The amount I eat

I am discovering that I feel much better when I eat less. I end up being within my calories most days and I feel good. I know we are not supposed to track, but I am. I have been experimenting with eating more, and right now I feel bloated. I have eaten back all of my exercise calories and then some. (not even that much over)
I am feeling like I am doing it wrong. I ate well today (look at my diary) but I feel so icky right now. (not as icky as I used to feel, but bloated all the same)
I don't like it.

I looked over my diary and see that I was low on veggies today, but even on days when I eat a lot of vega, I feel better eating light.0

I finished day four today! Woke up cranky, I mean nasty! I have not be doing it long enough, but bloating is suppose to go away. Are you drinking enough water and how about salt?0

Thank youI don't think it is normal bloating, I went through that when I started. I am on day 18 now and most days I feel great! I just had dinner leftovers for breakfast and I will see how I feel today.
