35 year old mom to twins I was 347.5 when I started in July 2012...YOU can definitely succeed! One of my girls has actually lost 20lbs either working out with me or just from eating healthier food...anyone can do this it is just determination and patience!

Yes, but I am still fat...but I do not believe I look any different...I did a before and after picture shot of just my face and saw the weight loss for the first time....and yes I never realize I am 6 sizes smaller in jeans until I put them on!

Mine are the same way, but I am a single mother of twin gilrs and only get glasses during income tax time...but I really want contacts this time! Maybe to not hide behind glasses

I was 347.5 lbs when I did 30 Day shred....you can do it...take it slow and easy...I am 279 and still do it every once in a while, plus P90x...use modifications but do it!

My entire journey is on FB even my starting weight...I post every week and have posted before and after pics...depending on your friends...mine are extremely supportive and give suggestions on workouts and such
