Cannot believe what i am reading, everyone eat the most at night?it might be because where i came from but i have a 200-300 breakfast, 600 lunch , 400 dinner and couple of snacks of about 200 each. if i eat a big dinner i cannot sleep well and my belly hurts a lot....

go to your doctor and ask for a healthy balance diet, if you have been suffering for eating disorders for long time you will need to add your calories slowly, but start at least at 1300 and eating healthy choices as salads, grill meat and fish, pasta rice....proper whole foods. good luck!

If you have back problems, like me, i won't recommend you the plank, for me i can do them for over half minute but the soreness of my lower back is not good, i do 5 different tiles of crunches on circuit type, i mean 10 reps each 3 times the circuit.

Tips??well i would say just be constant over the week and dont binge on weekends, i used to eat the same but i put on few pounds just overeating tooo much on weekend like whole packets of chocolate digstive bisquits in two days. ahahahah my family tought the same about my bf!he came with me last month and usually eats smaller portions than me but he coudnt say no to anything and we eat tons of fresh vegs and roast and grill meat!!!but also mum made my favourite dishes so....4 pounds in a week...i dont regret it!lol
