At the moment i live in england and haven't found a vouchers who sells rabbit… i am from spain and it is normal to eat it not weekly but yes couple of times a month at least i love it roasted or in a paella. It is not expensive about 10 euros for a rabbit that feeds 4 people!

i would take fried rice, but chicken chow mien is not bad at all… thats my choice when i order and don't want to go over much. i would worry more about not getting fried chicken or fatty sauces...

I also hate cardio, so i do my strength training at the gym and then I do a zumba class a week which i love and walk to work everyday, 30 mins. Sometimes i do star jumps and jump squats between sets just to up my heart beat and then rest a bit more…thats my own HIIT. lol

Why don't you change your goals to lose half pound a week instead or 1 or 2? it will allow you more calories and will be easier to follow and stick to your plan. half an hour walk gives you extra 100 cals as well. My TDEE -10% is about 1850 so if you can see i have it at 1650 to be the less i can eat in a day, and if you realise i don't go over 1850 very often. I try to east healthy and if one day I'm more hungry than other..i just eat more..

Thanks!I think i get frustrated when i can't go to the gym for a week due to work, which is not often but once I'm back i need to re do again the work done. I am already eating at TDEE -10%, because on weekend i go over it, lol.
