To fall over your own feet! lol. I like it, it's not easy and quite intense but it's only 25 minutes. I did insanity first and prefer that because Shaun gives you breaks and I can eat more!

I'm on round 3 and *whispers* no longer do the fit tests... Partly cos I always lose my results but partly because I'm a bit lazy!

Well done in getting going! I think everybody feels the burn at some point Hun! If its really bad then rest. To be honest I find once I'm through the warm up I feel much better. Have a hot bath after today's workout.

Did the insanity upper body workout for the first time last night! Could barely lift my coffee cup this morning. Now after working 7am till 5pm I've got pure cardio and cardio abs. Might switch with tomorrow tbh...

Google is your friend if you fancy a peek at the Insanity nutrition guide. I can post the equation they use late (on my phone at the mo) but its the Harris Benedict times 1.7 for the level of activity then minus 500 cals to lose.

I'm on my third round. Week 4 tomorrow. I log that I've done the exercise but put 1 calorie burns... I've changed my calorie goal to the one I got from the equation in the insanity nutrition guide so I don't have to worry about 'eating back' calories and just stick to my goal.

I go out to eat so rarely I will order whatever I want to be honest. If its just grabbing a quick lunch somewhere then I'll pick the option that contains the leanest protein and avoid anything fried or cheesy! Don't feel guilty! Enjoy your food!

Oh the one where you do full body drills, then ski abs then in and out abs! Urgh! I kinda like the shoulder burners cos I can do the whole thing but my boyfriend can't! I dislike the plié one where you go from side to side, then lift one foot and do the same, then both feet... I also HATE high knees!

I want to have lost my wobbily bits (except my boobs) by the end of September and do a Tough Mudder. Gonna finish my 3rd round of Insanity then start the Asylum and\or couch25k and/or The new rules... If THAT doesn't shift the flab I don't think anything will!

Is that the amount of calories it advises you to have? I struggle to eat all of mine! I don't eat those meals but just try to stick to the macros.

I already get up at 5 am, there is no way I could work out in the morning! But even on the weekend I make sure I've eaten at least two small meals and wait an hour after eating before exercise. I'm on my third round, day 20! So far I've lost 21lbs and, when I last measured, 7 inches off my waist! The lb loss has slowed but my muscles are still increasing and the fat melting away! Dig deeper!

I think it takes time (and proof) to get into the 'eat more to weigh less' mindset. I know I've lost a tonne of weight (from 220 to 130) by restricting heavily. Yup, straight flakes but obviously not eating them by themselves. They're quite fruity! However, make sure you REALLY wash your hands before putting in/taking out your contact lenses...

Chinese takeaway is one of the times where I will eat whatever I want, not even in moderation! Its my favourite and we only really have it 4 times a year (the best one is by my mum's in another city). I pretty much go mad and love it! No regrets there!
