To fit in a 30DD bra properly, and to be able to buy a push up bra again. To have a flatter stomach, and a rounder bottom. To be able to run a mile without stopping. To do 15 pushups.

It burns more calories to exercise if you're heavier (being heavier here is because you've got 4 pounds of boob) so I say leave it on your calculations to get more accurate calorie burns unless you have a hrm, in which case, it shouldn't matter, do as you like really :) Good luck

As a blonde, I find less people like blondes. It's a recessive gene, which less people are attracted to as they correspond with their own (statistically more likely to be dark) Having said that, I think that's rubbish, and red heads are also a recessive gene, and I know so many people who love them!

Birth control pills?! You know what will really make me put on weight? Having a baby because I didn't take my birth control pills. They will not stop weight loss, or make you put weight on. I've opened it up now. I think I do most of that, I could probably eat more nuts. I don't fry many things at all so olive oil is low on the list of things I eat/use to cook with. Thank you for your responses!

I'm not doing it intentionally, how do I increase my intake healthily? Will I start to feel hungrier over time when I adapt to my exercise routine, or am I going to have to eat when I'm not hungry?

I won't be, I'm not too bothered by scales because I'd like to gain some muscle over time, which I know is heavier, and I know I can fluctuate throughout a day purely by eating and water weight.
