  • I had the same issue yesterday morning, finding I hadn't lost was SO disheartening. BUT I have dropped two (nearly three) dress sizes... and can actually see a huge difference... its just the scales aren't showing it yet. Hang in there... as people have said, muscle weighs more than fat so you just gotta give your body…
  • I'm going to try this also! After a dissapointing weigh in this morning, I am going to not eat any of my exercise calories this week and see what the result is... I shall let you know next Monday! xx
  • I have the same issue!! I have lost 17lbs now and noticing changes most in my tummy and my legs. I am down a back size in bra but cup size is the same (F). Very annoying as I think I look more out of proportion than I did before..! Hoping it will all just take time though.. fingers crossed!! xx

  • I have learnt... - it is alot easier to eat my five a day than I first thought - I can also drink 8 glasses of water a day, sometimes more, without even really trying too hard. - that I enjoy the feeling I get after an exercise session - I eat ALOT in a day, but I now eat the right things as opposed to the rubbish I used…
  • Thank you so much for all the replies :) I am going to try lifting some weights whilst I bike to see what happens there. I am only in my 5th week so think I am being a little impatient so will see what happens over the next 5 to 6 weeks. xx
  • Hi Vicki! I am in the same boat as you. I have over 100lbs to lose also, and know exactly what you mean. I have struggled SO much this year with my head telling me to eat rubbish constantly. I can't give you a straight answer because with me, I literally woke up one day and thought "I can't do this anymore.." and I just…

  • Ahhh really? Oh no! I surely can't get any bigger!! Haha. Thank you for your advice. I think I just need to relax a little.. it's the one area I hate most about my body so I'm wanting it to just dissapear overnight (not gonna happen..!) so i'll just keep going and see what happens. Thanks so much :) x
  • Have to agree with you, it's mine too! But yeah I find that doing this kind of thing keeps off the pizza cravings a little. We should set up a pizza craving group ;) haha! xx

  • I love the 5 week predictor! It really motivates me. It makes me think "WOW!". I think quite often it's hard to lose the weight so slowly, but when you think about it in the sense that in five weeks you will have lost such a huge total.. it's fantastic. Definitely spurring me on at the moment :) I never thought I would…
  • I HAVE :D In fact, I am almost finished! I have a trip to America at the end of January which I will need the cash for... so started super early this year. That's my excuse anyway.. not sure I have an excuse for the fact I have already wrapped everything.. ;) For some reason I am REALLY excited about christmas this year!!…
