  • I wasn't that crazy about it - I didn't feel like it was much of a workout, I barely got my heart rate up. I'm used to doing Insanity so maybe that's why though. I think it was only 30 minutes or so. I just got bored and didn't do it more than once.
  • Yes, I really like it but it does have Splenda so I can't have too much. I mix the cinnamon roll flavor with my oat bran. I've tried the chocolate coconut too - it's good but it's a hard flavor to mix things with, at least IMO.
  • It's a great program. I second Sandy about eating before the workout. Also make sure you have good cross-training shoes, running shoes aren't going to be adequate for this workout. I also recommend extra calf stretches especially at the beginning, there aren't really enough and my calves were extremely sore the first week.…
  • I've been taking it for almost 2 months and have noticed absolutely no changes. I've heard people say it works for them, so it might be worth a try, but it didn't do anything for me. Jennifer

  • That's because it IS very low, especially for your height. While I don't think you need to lose weight, I understand that you want to, but with calories that low, your body isn't going to give up that weight easily. I've found MFP's calorie suggestions way lower than other calculators. I would suggest adding a few hundred…
