I found for me it was too low. I use this: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ And then once you get your BMR there is another link on there to figure out your actual daily needs with exercise/without. Good luck.

Congrats on losing 20 pounds! What does your diet look like? Depending on what you are eating, may be triggering those sugar cravings... Are you drinking a lot of water? That also helps to get rid of those cravings... Feel free to friend me if you'd like! :)

I did C25K and loved it! I added in weights twice a week focusing mainly on core work and it made a huge difference! :) Good luck with it!

I am now on my second round of insanity... I ended up losing 17 pounds and 14 inches off of all of me! :) and ran my first 1/2 marathon in late september. I am now on week 2 of insanity! :) Hopefully even better results now! :)

That was me today! Kicked in a new workout routine plus running and by 3pm I wanted to eat anything that wasn't tied down... Just have to remember to make smart choices!!! You can do it... drink lots of water and get your self stuff like cukes or grapes to snack on. Just watch your sugars! Good luck!
