Does this seem like a good routine?

I am getting ready to start week two day one of C25K. I have decided to get a set workout routine going to follow. I am feeling better and feel like I can finally commit to it. I was thinking 4 days of cardio(three of these days would be C25K, the other day would just be some high intensity workout like Zumba for an hour or something). Then two days of strength training. I am thinking lifting small weights to begin with, crunches and push ups as well. And one day of rest.
Does this seem to ambitious? Any tips, advice?
Thanks!

Sounds good, but when lifting, make sure you increase the weight quickly in the beginning. When you first start lifting, your body is very good at adapting to higher weights. Within a month or two, you could likely double your weight. Don't hurt yourself, but lift heavy.0

I did C25K and loved it! I added in weights twice a week focusing mainly on core work and it made a huge difference! Good luck with it!0
