For me, I know if I don't workout in the morning, I'm just not going to do it at all. No matter how many times I tell myself that I will workout when I get off work, it rarely happens. Then I get upset with myself for not working out. So I just get up at 4:30 and do it...

I love reading these. On Tuesday, I did 18 leg lifts before I needed to take a break. I couldn't even do leg lifts a few weeks ago. I also haven't had pop in 6 weeks now. I'm just so ecstatic about that.....

This!!!! I was going to say the exact same thing. I used to depend on the scale and just like you, I used to get frustrated when the numbers either didn't move or they would increase. Now I barely used the scale and I focus more on measurements and the way my clothes fit.

That's not what I meant. I do give my all to weight training. I said, when I do weight training first, I feel too tired and I dont give my all to cardio.

I always do cardio first. I find that when I do weights first, I dont have enough energy to do cardio, and then i don't give it my all. For some reason, when i get off the elliptical, I am more energized, call my crazy. But I have lost a lot of weight doing it this way so I figure I will stick with what works for me...
