i dont have time to eat and then wait an hour or more before working out...

thanks for the tips guys! my problem is the fact that i dont have the time to wake up super early to eat and wait an hour to workout. i need to eat something and workout so i can shower and get to school. I'm going to try some toast with peanut butter and maybe some OJ tomorrow and see how that works out

make sure you're drinking water as well. the sodium will make you hold on to water weight

its the 30 Day Shred.. there are 3 levels. 10 days on each level. But if you're still struggling with a level at the end of the 10 days, stick with it a few extra days. but i guarantee you will notice your endurance get so much better after just 5-6 days!

just made a version of this.. 2 egg whites, one whole egg, a packet of grated parmesan cheese (like you get from a pizza place), 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, pepper, garlic, and some Frank's Red Hot.. SO DELICIOUS! and i'm full. only 162 calories, 3 carbs, 7 fat, and 20grams of protein! highly recommended

I just finished the 30 day shred a couple of weeks ago and i LOVED it.. highly highly highly recommend it!! stick with it. just 20 minutes a day and you WILL see results. check out my results on my blog caixgettingskinny.blogspot.com

for the most part, it was just the shred. there were a few random days where i did extra, or did something else in place.. but for the most part, just the shred

i log it as circuit training. i dont have a HRM, so theres no way to know for sure, but im getting results so :]

im about to start insanity next week, on the 26th. I weigh 174 lbs. im a little nervous about it, but super pumped.

I've been looking around online, and i really can see the pros and cons of both. the reason i'm leaning more towards insanity, is the fact that the workouts are shorter, the whole program is shorter, and i need NO equipment. right now i really just need to lose a lot of fat. insanity is mostly cardio, which targets fat.…
