i like putting cracked black pepper in it. if not, i really really really love pears with it. peaches are probably next on my list. also, you can melt it into your scrambled eggs and its kind of amazing

grilled/baked chicken with brown rice, and broccoli and/or cauliflower. usually with some lite honey mustard dipping sauce :]

take a biotin supplement. its great for your hair, skin, and nails. &yes, exfoliating and moisturizing is great as well as drinking plenty of water.

it just depends how fit you are before starting.. i've done 30DS before, did a month and a half of insanity, and have been working out on my own, so i am using 5lb weights.. its difficult but i love it.

finding out that my 21st birthday is going to be the first day of spring break.. i knew i wanted to have a really awesome beach vacation so i decided to get fit. also, i'm joining the army!
