i hit a plateau for the last month and realized i was under-eating.. i upped my calorie intake and have started dropping weight again fast.. its kind of weird to think about eating more to lose weight, but its so true.. try it!

as long as you are getting enough water, your sodium shouldn't be an issue.

at home i wear shorts and a sports bra. the gym i go to requires shirts, although thats not a problem because i'm not yet comfortable to just wear a sports bra in public

go by gross calories, not net. it makes no sense to eat back those calories you just burned.. its basically just a wash at that point

if you get skim milk, its basically like water but with calcium and vitamin D

the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn at rest. so building muscle is great for weight loss. Just dont get discouraged if you don't see a drop on the scale right away. unless you're trying to get bulky, i would recommend lower weights higher reps. also , unless you have a heart rate monitor, you really…

if you really want a burger, get it loaded with veggies, leave off creamy toppings (ketchup, mayo, etc.) and only use half the bun

i heard (i have not done the research on this yet) that the army will pay back 100% of all my student loans that i already have, as well as the rest of my tuition in the future, and the air national guard will only pay back 50% of what i have now, but will still pay for my future schooling.. I'm not sure what you all mean…

well just in general, which one gets deployed more? what are the contract lengths like? I'm in Columbus, Ohio so there are a lot of bases and whatnot close by. I'm thinking about getting into something in the medical field
