I just got myself Nike Pro Hyperwarm Women's Tights. The temperatures are still above the freezing point so I am not running in them- but man! they do fit so well and they are so warm and yet the fabric is perfect to wick the sweat away. I also like the red tinge they have in them. Bump for now - I will update this when I…

bump! Let us see if we get some vegan options. I am a vegan and I am running short on Calcium. I love veggies and whenever I remember this I stock up on Kale and broccoli. But most of the times, I am still short of Ca.

+850 calories will not make you gain even a single pound! Relax! Life happens! However, the salt in the chips and the drink might bloat you up. One quick solution could be - go sweat it out in gym, burn calories + get rid of that sodium. That being said, please stay hydrated. I am sure you will weigh well during the weigh…

Wow! That is a great NSV! I am also amazed that you bike about 12 miles a day. I have been cutting slack and biking to work for couple of weeks. (Time to get back upon wheels. Thanks for inspiring!)

Bump and my best wishes for this journey!

Agreed!

That is amazing! Which one did you sign up for? I am very confident that you would love the after-effects of your half-marathon. I love running that distance so if you need any support- I am right here, feel free to add me. All the best! It is going to be great! (Just remember to take rest days and avoid injuries.)

Wow! What a transformation! You look so fit, so much younger. And, I am glad that you added that remark over the hardwork it needs. Thank you!

It gets better with time. Skin is a huge organ and will take about 2-3 years to resize. You will continue feeling awesome throughout! Congrats and all the best for your journey! :flowerforyou:

Woooh! Awesome! It is a killer transformation! Wow! Congratulations!
-
It is win- total win! And, I am so glad that you are proud of it! I can totally relate to not being a runner ever as a kid, until now. I do not remember a single race in which I was not last during my school days. And, last like really last. I would get booed too. When I started running as an adult (and oh! the courage it…

This is for long distance running + Low arch + flat feet: Asics Kayano does wonders for me. I do not even want to buy any other shoe for my long distance running.

Congrats on your measurements first of all! They are the true scale of fat loss  And about a side measurements being larger than other- almost all of us are gifted with slight asymmetry. Usually it does not matter at all. I would not recommend worrying about it unless you are getting some injuries with workout.

Wow! This is such an inspiration.
-
Wooh! This is my favorite NSV read of the day! :=) Congrats! You should beaming ear to ear!

I want to chime in. I dont eat meat either. I have my reasons (environmental and health). They key is that I have been losing weight consistently and I feel I am getting stronger. I want to 'bump' this message thread because I want to know what good suggestions come out for your experience with LBM loss. The only thing I…

Studied this in biochemistry graduate class and revised it recently in a biophysics class- Soreness: is lactic acid building up in your muscles. It takes about 2-3 days to flush it out. Take two days off, I infer you will feel better. I run a lot and I am trying to speed up. Whenever I am too sore, I take days off and I…
