For example my bolognese is made from scratch with very little fat or preservatives and is really tasty even if I do say so myself lol x

I'm not sure about on the actual website but if you have the phone app your foods you use are stored in lists; frequent, recent, recipes etc and there's a "multi add" button where you select several of your foods at once. I hated every minute of it including the instructors awful choice in music and an hour of fast repetitive squats made my thigh muscles go into spasm resulting in days of agony followed by needing muscle relaxants prescribed from the doctor (well you did ask :blushing: ) x

I'm 5'3 and the only one I have any slight difficulty with is the one where you pull the bar down to chest height (sorry no good at names of machines) where I have to stand up to pull it down to working height for me then I just use it as normal. Even a few taller guys need to stand to pull the bar down…

My little cousin 3yrs old at the time had his face painted as a dinosaur, 3 days (yes days!) Later he finally let his mum wash it off, ha came running up to me and in the saddest little voice I've ever heard said "im not a dinosaur anymore, I can't eat bugs now" Ummm bugs? Eeewww! None of us caught him doing THAT!

Interval training burns loads of calories. I do a circuit set at the gym where I work on each machine (treadmill, row, elliptical etc) unroll I've burnt 100 calories per machine then do some more if I have energy left that easily does 500 per workout for me.

I go ridiculously red when I workout, I do sweat a bit but it takes a LOT of effort and a very warm room. I see others who are pouring with sweat and stay perfectly pale, not sure which I'd prefer but let's face it if you don't look a mess in some way then you aren't working hard enough lol

This is exactly it, as I'm sitting here after a workout wrapped up with the heating on full blast. I work in healthcare and frequently have to record peoples BMI as a measure of "health" I see a lot of "obese" people like myself who are actually very fit and healthy being judged as being lazy or unfit while those at a "healthy" weight…

CHEESE! literally could make myself sick eating it, and my appetite for all things savory goes through the roof. rarely get chocolate cravings but on the odd occasion i have there doesn't seem like there's enough chocolate in the world lol

Once the implant is removed you should go straight back into a normal cycle, it may take one or two periods for your body to get back into its natural cycle but that won't affect your fertility in the future.

My reward for losing my first stone was to get the 2nd holes in my ears re-pierced which is great because I can wear lots of sparkly earrings now to remind me when I look in the mirror. Not sure what my next reward will be, sexy dress maybe?

This might sound really obvious but drink lots and lots of water and maybe check you are actually getting enough food to meet your need for nutrients by eating lots of healthy fruit and veg.

I have the same problem on the cross trainer, its because you're putting continuous pressure on the same spot of your feet so toes etc go dead like when you cross your legs for too long.
