I recommend more whole foods: vegetables, fruits, grains and way less processed food (Fiber One bars, ice cream) and sugar. Also, I try to follow the "no eating after 7pm" rule. Good luck!

Ice, a little rest, and stretch your hips and gluts. I can relate to this, as my right glut/hip often feels strained and tight, especially after a long run.
