OMG I have so been slacking and I am so upset with myself. how come it is so easy to put on weight but to take it off is awful and slow. I have no idea how to do this either. my gosh I just joined today and I am addicted to this however I cant add friends or my ticker. I love the daily food blog...I just hope I stay on track. I sure do need it.
