hi all how can i add friends on this. i just dont knwo anyone ?

    I have no idea how to do this either. my gosh I just joined today and I am addicted to this however I cant add friends or my ticker. I love the daily food blog...I just hope I stay on track. I sure do need it.

    i figured it out....go to the persons page and under their pic there is an add button
