  • This has happened to me more than once. The only way to recover is to, well, recover. Start doing again (immediately) what made you successful, either a few steps at at or all in. ( I'm an "all in" person myself.) The key word is immediately--with the next meal or snack. You can do it! You have already had success.

  • Stephanie--what a joy you are to give so much of yourself. As a mother of 4 myself, I admire you. I am new to MFP as well. This is only my second day. I hope to see a healthier, fitter, lighter me as a result. (The pic is of our first grandchild.)
