You look years and years younger which might not seem like a plus at 20 but believe me it is! Keep going strong!

Congratulations and THANK YOU for serving!

I have only lost 24 pounds but: I have already dropped one pants size. I can consistently walk 1.5 miles without stopping instead of .5 miles when I started. I take my healthy lunch and snacks to work instead of eating vending machine junk. I drink water instead of dozens of cans of diet coke a day. I feel guilty if I…

I'm an every day weigher. In 42 days the scale has only gone up twice (each time by one pound that was gone the next day). For me, it works. Keeps me motivated and I do not stress at the higher number. I need the daily reinforcement that what I'm doing is working and just staying the same IS working.

These were wonderful for me to see as I'm 6 feet tall and started at 318. Nice to see how changed you looked and am hoping for the same effect!

Be honest. If you ate or drank it,log it. Even if it was not a good choice. Every bite, every sip, everything, every day. You will learn so much about yourself if you do.

I love mine. I find it makes me get up and move at regular intervals just to get that daily step count up!

Not only do I read them but I will compare two items right there in the supermarket aisle. Takes me three times as long to shop!

I weigh and measure everything except lettuce, carrots, radishes...those things are so low in calories it doesn't matter if I over or underestimate.
