I love to eat Hormel Pepperoni with pepperjack and my Natural Nectar Gluten free cracklebread. lol I can also sit down with a container of button mushrooms and be happy.

I have the big plastic tumblers that we use around the house for just us. They hold 3 cups and I am constantly drinking. I get about 12 glasses a day. Yeah over achiever here. lol No I have always been a drinker, but the drawback to that is friends do not want me on road trips.

You are just lovely! It really helps to find a program that you enjoy. We do not have any classes local so I do the DVDs and I benefited so much with weight loss, stronger and I even sleep better. I find myself shaking around even when not doing the exercises if a good song comes on the radio.

I am Celiac so I use brown rice flour for hot wings and other battered items. Honestly, if you are low carb the wheat substitutes are going to be tricky. Lindsy, I cannot wait to try it! I am low carb, but more importantly I am a Celiac. I normally just buy the fixings and make my own sauce as a dip. I have gluten free flours, but it is just a hassle for me and most gluten free foods are too high in carbs and calories. Thanks!
